How Youll Contribute to Our Partners Success

As the Fleet Manager , youll be responsible for overseeing the companys extensive inventory of farm equipment and vehicles across diverse crop and dairy operations. This is a hands-on, strategic role where youll implement systems to track thousands of assets, streamline service intervals, and improve asset accounting processes. You will also support daily shop operations, collaborating with a Shop Manager who oversees a team of 33 mechanics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive asset tracking and inventory management program
• Oversee asset accounting, service intervals, and lifecycle tracking for all farm equipment and fleet assets
• Collaborate with finance teams to support crop line approvals and asset disposal documentation
• Work alongside the Shop Manager to support daily operations and ensure equipment readiness
• Create and manage Excel-based systems to monitor maintenance schedules and performance metrics
• Ensure accuracy in asset data and support reporting needs across departments
• Contribute to fleet strategy planning with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and compliance

What You'll Bring :

• Strong background in asset accounting and inventory management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with large fleets or agricultural equipment preferred
• A collaborative, humble attitude ability to work side-by-side with shop and field teams
• Self-starter mentality with a focus on process improvement and organization
• Comfortable working on-site with flexibility during harvest seasons, including some overtime
