About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing with a bold and disruptive approach to lead its marketing and sales growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives patient acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth, with a strong emphasis on a digital-first approach. This executive role requires a blend of marketing, sales enablement, and data-driven leadership experience, particularly in growth-stage healthcare, wellness services, or technology-enabled service industries. The VP of Marketing will work closely with executive leadership, sales, and operations teams to ensure that marketing strategies are in direct alignment with revenue and growth objectives. Key responsibilities for the VP of Marketing include developing and leading a multi-channel marketing strategy, overseeing the full marketing function, and providing executive leadership to the marketing team. The role also involves leading all aspects of digital marketing, from SEO/SEM to social media, and working in collaboration with sales leadership to develop lead generation and nurturing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing strategy and execution, a strong understanding of sales funnel management, and the ability to build and scale marketing teams. Experience in managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and delivering strong ROI is essential, as is the ability to refine brand identity, develop PR initiatives, and identify strategic marketing partnerships to support growth.
