ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calls: Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients, introducing them to the insurance products we offer.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
Information Dissemination: Explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits clearly to prospective clients.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for potential clients with our sales representatives for detailed consultations.
Client Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to keep our agency top of mind.
Database Management: Accurately input client information and maintain records in the CRM system.
RequirementsExperience: Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is highly desirable.
