Responsibilities: We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Research Scientist to join our team in advancing model evaluation methodologies and shaping the future of AGI definitions. In this role, you will: Explore the intrinsic consistency of models across pre-training and post-training stages, and predict LLM performance limits. Design better evaluation methods based on internal mechanisms of models, with a focus on interpretability. Design and develop novel benchmarks to systematically evaluate model capabilities and support the formalization of AGI definitions Conduct red teaming from an evaluation perspective to identify model limitations and propose targeted improvements Define the necessary evaluation standards to explore next-generation models and intelligent applications, such as Agent Foundation Models and DeepResearch Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to apply first-principles thinking and approach complex problems from a foundational perspective. Strong interest in model evaluation methodologies and contributing to the conceptual development of AGI. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in large-scale model training or evaluation, with relevant paper publications as a strong plus.
