Recruiting Coordinator

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (Hours may change with notice. Overtime may be required with notice)

Key Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator include :

  • Stewarding confidential data, which, if disclosed might have significant internal effect or minor external effect.
  • Maintains information thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policies and accepted recruitment practices.
  • Drives the processes required to ensure regular, accurate, and timely turnaround on active applications. Conducts pre-screen calls and other ATS support tasks.
  • Collaborates with Recruiter to create social media content that aligns with our industry and Westbrook culture. Assists in growing Westbrooks social media presence.
  • Works with Recruiter to coordinate and attend Job Fairs, yearly Technical College P.A.C meetings and presentations.
  • Advances the Recruiting department by participating in and contributing to forward-looking, progression-focused initiatives.
  • Assists with Recruiting's data collection efforts through the regular updating and maintaining of the ATS.

Qualified candidates will have :

  • High School Diploma, or Equivalent (Preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years' professional experience working in an office setting.
  • The soft skills to interact with people in person and across multiple platforms internally and externally.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and customer service communication skills
  • PC computer skills, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), web-browsing, on-line applications, and calendaring.
  • Experience handling phone calls, working in customer service, and/or acting as a messaging service.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a valid driver's license
