Job Description

Are you a rising marketer with a passion for digital strategy, content, and campaign execution? Join the team behind North America’s largest dedicated kitchen and bath events — now expanding into Canada! You will be joining a team that supports a large, growing and highly visible events business. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist ready to take their next big step. This role offers hands-on experience across digital channels including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and web content. You’ll play a critical role in driving exhibitor and sponsor engagement, building multi-channel campaigns, and shaping how we connect with the architecture and design community.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

• Exposure to high-impact digital marketing programs

• Collaborative, supportive team that wants to see you grow

• Opportunities to work on well-known events backed by a national brand

• Travel to dynamic, design-forward shows in the US and Canada

• A role that blends creativity, analytics, and hands-on execution

Role Accountability and Duties:

· Create and manage multi-channel campaigns that drive exhibitor sign-ups and qualified sales leads.

· Collaborate with our agencies to plan and track PPC, paid social, and retargeting campaigns.

· Write and schedule emails that nurture prospects and convert leads using HubSpot and Salesforce.

· Optimize landing pages and sales-focused web content for SEO, UX, and conversions.

· Support media relations by working with PR agencies to pitch exhibitor stories and schedule interviews.

· Assist in app and tool rollouts, including our show mobile app and exhibitor support hub.

· Develop content and materials to support the sales team and help exhibitors succeed before and during the show.

· Report on campaign performance, using data insights to continuously improve results.

· Provide onsite support during show days.

Qualifications:

· 2–3 years of B2B marketing experience

· Working knowledge of digital tools: email marketing platforms, CMS/web editing tools, and basic CRM systems

· Familiarity with paid media and SEO best practices

· Strong writing and editing skills (for web, email, and social)

· Analytical mindset — you're curious about performance data and how to improve

· Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders

· Ability to multi-task and comfortable working in a team structure.
