1st Shift Fulfilment Associate 8:30am-4:30pm

The Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in representing Paris Corporation’s commitment to service and quality across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart.com, Geek Seller, eBay, Lingo, and Ship Station. This position is responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment, including processing customer orders, picking products, preparing shipments, and handling daily shipping operations. Additionally, the role involves conducting cycle counts and resolving inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring attention to detail and adherence to all safety protocols.

What you’ll do:

• Picking orders accurately, quickly, and efficiently
• Monitoring, ordering, and receiving finished goods material into inventory accurately
• Keeping the inventory and the work center stocked, neat, and clean
• Perform cycle/physical inventory counts
• Ability to process 100 – 250 orders per day from fulfillment websites
• Interaction with fulfillment websites for Amazon Seller Central, Ship Station, Walmart DSV Geek Seller, eBay.com, Lingo (Target), Home Depot, and Lowes
• Research Inventory Discrepancies
• Ability to deal with the workload spikes
• Ability to slide over and help cover any need/assistance in the Shipping Department
• Interact with multiple departments
• Following proper safety regulations
• Successfully ship all orders that are due to ship on a given day
• Balance speed with maintaining a high level of accuracy while picking, receiving, and replenishing
• Execute and manage QC inspection of daily production of finished goods and maintain records of inspection logs/documents.

Your Background:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experienced in a fast-paced shipping/warehouse operations environment
• Ability to use a computer to enter inventory and sales order transactions is a must
• Familiarity with UPS Worldship, FedEx Integration Program, and Amazon Fulfillment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision
• Ability to meet time-critical deadlines and good time management
• Ability to reach overhead, squat, and bend at the waist
• Ability to lift boxes of 50 lbs. or more
• Tolerance of standing posture continuously for 8 hours; walking is involved
• Ability to accurately verify the work of others
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be punctual and maintain an excellent attendance record
• Must be available to work extra hours during peak periods
• Must be flexible in performing tasks outside of their job function
• ERP computer experience preferred, but not necessary
• Forklift experience is a plus
