About Us:
Capitol Chevrolet is Austin’s #1 Volume Chevy Dealer, proudly serving the community with an unmatched commitment to excellence. We’re growing rapidly and expanding our commercial sales division – and we’re looking for a highly driven, experienced Fleet Manager to lead the charge.
The Opportunity:
We need a proven leader to manage and grow our commercial vehicle department. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, energetic, and deeply experienced in B2B/commercial sales. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with businesses, municipalities, and fleet buyers, while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the commercial department.
What You’ll Do:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Prospect and maintain strong relationships with business and fleet customers
Manage inventory and work closely with GM to secure commercial units
Create marketing strategies to drive commercial and fleet sales growth
Monitor performance metrics, reporting to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
*Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales
*Proven track record of building and maintaining B2B client relationships
*Strong leadership and team development skills
*Ability to analyze data and create actionable sales strategies
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
