This is a fast-paced, highly creative role where you’ll be responsible for publishing real-time content, engaging our audience, and keeping our digital presence sharp, fresh, and on-trend. Think memes, reels, and storytelling magic—wrapped in speed and style.
Your Day-to-Day:
Edit and publish short-form video content (Facebook Reels, TikToks, Stories, YouTube Shorts and more) in real time
✍️ Write clever, engaging text posts and captions that align with the Bullet brand
️ Design eye-catching memes, graphics, and branded images
️ Monitor social platforms, remove spam/fake profiles, and help keep our communities thriving
Track engagement and social trends to inform future content
️ Organize creative assets like footage, templates, and design files
Pitch in with general office support—calendar coordination, communications, and more
️ What You Bring to the Table:
Proven experience managing social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Skilled in tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro , or equivalent
Strong writing chops and a knack for matching tone to audience
Internet-savvy with an eye for what’s trending
Organized, fast-moving, and able to juggle multiple projects at once
Bonus: Experience shooting, editing, and publishing long-form YouTube vlogs or episodic content —especially if you've built an audience or managed a channel end-to-end!
