  • Providing spiritual care and pastoral leadership, as well as preaching and teaching and counselling through biblical doctrines.<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00a0<\/span>Lead church to incorporate a vision for integrating evangelistic and discipleship efforts.<\/span><\/li>
  • Introduce young people to Christ; disciple them in spiritual growth; train them in serving Christ with their life.<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00a0<\/span>Serve as the primary community relations contact for the Church, in carrying out community outreaches and serving the physical and material needs of the community when required.<\/span><\/li>
  • Serve under the accountability and administrative support of the Board of Trustees of the charity.<\/span><\/li>
  • Provide spiritual oversight and leadership for the Church.<\/span><\/li>
  • .Provide spiritual support and mentorship to other emerging leaders.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    • To oversee the representation of the ministry to communities of believers across the globe.<\/li>\n
    • To maintain a positive ministry image, working with members of the community.<\/li>\n
    • Facilitate the contact\/visitation of hospitalized or grieving ministry members.<\/li>\n
    • Facilitate and coordinate all ministry meetings such as Elder and Personnel.<\/li>\n
    • Create, direct, and develop leaders on the staff and in the body of believers.<\/li>\n
    • Connect with the community and render service to benefit humanity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
